The Kalimantan Tribute 2026 is a 3,000 km extreme off-road and overlanding event across at the Indonesian part of Borneo (Kalimantan), which took place on the legendary historical routes of the Camel Trophy 1996. The expedition route, which lasted from April 18 to May 10, 2026 and included 160 participants, passed through various specific regions in Indonesia:
- Starting point: The journey started in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
- Milestones: The route ran through Sampit in Central Kalimantan and finally ended in the capital of West Kalimantan Province, Pontianak, where the event officially concluded.
- Special Places: Participants covered challenging sections along the way, such as Mandiangin Mountain (Bukit Mandiangin/Bukit Meratus) and Singkawang, before passing the Tugu Khatulistiwa (Equator Monument) in Pontianak
