Part 2 of our Trail Hero series takes us onto The Fallen — one of the more meaningful trails we ran during Trail Hero. The Fallen was built as a tribute to fallen soldiers from different wars, and you can feel that weight out on the trail. This episode is also the first time Dana, one of our affiliates, brings her brand-new rig out onto the rocks. It’s a CJ-10A Air Force tug that’s been repurposed into an off-road rig and named Steel Soldier — definitely not something you see every day on the trail. Between the trail itself, learning a new rig, and everything that comes with Trail Hero, this run turned into a solid one from start to finish.
