Part 1

We’re back in the shop working on a Massive 8×8 military truck build. The plan: strip it down, stretch the frame, and build a 10 ft × 24 ft flatbed for off-road construction use. This is one of the biggest fabrications we’ve tackled — and it’s all being built to take a beating off-road. Follow along as Kevin, Tucker, and the crew:

  • Remove the winch and fifth-wheel setup
  • Extend the frame rails and prep for heavy steel
  • Fabricate cross-members and stake pockets from scratch
  • Weld, square, and plate a diamond-deck 24-foot bed
  • Build a custom headache rack with integrated lighting

Part 2

We’re back in the shop finishing up the 10 ft × 24 ft flatbed build for the HEMTT 8×8 military truck. This off-road hauler is getting the full treatment — lights, frame extensions, paint, and final assembly.

Follow along as Kevin, Tucker, and the crew:
1. Finish welding the 10×24 ft diamond plate deck
2. Build the custom rear tail light panel
3. Extend the truck frame 6 ft for extra bed length
4. Mount and bolt the bed in place
5. Add lights, wiring, and mud flaps before final pain
