Die in 2017 gegründete mittelfränkische High-Voltage Racing Gmbh, kurz HVR-Bikes, erweitert ihre Fahrzeugpalette an MX-Bikes durch zwei Supermoto-Modelle. Dabei handelt es sich um die HVR 50PRO und die HVR 65PRO, mit der man jetzt auch den Asphalt zum qualmen bringen kann.
Dafür kommen nicht nur extra breite Leichtmetall-Felgen zum Einsatz, die im Fall der 50PRO 10 Zoll Slicks von PMT aus Italien tragen und bei der 65PRO sogar 12 Zöller, sondern auch eine speziell abgestimmtes Fahrwerk-Setup.
Natürlich bleiben alle Einstellmöglichkeiten samt App wie bei den MX-Modellen uneingeschränkt erhalten. Egal ob individuell eingestellte Maximalleistung, Endgeschwindigkeit, Motorbremse (Energierückgewinnung) oder das Ansprechverhalten.
D.h. sowohl für den ambitionierten Vollblut-Racer, als auch für den puren Anfänger sind die HVR-Bikes durchweg interessant. Zudem bieten sie die längste Fahrdauer in dieser Klasse am Markt und ein Wechsel des Akkus neben der Strecke geht im Handumdrehen, so der Hersteller. Die bereits eingesetzten Kundenfahrzeuge bei der German Cross Country beweisen es.
Erwachsene aufgepasst, denn wer ein lautloses Pitbike sucht wird hier vielleicht fündig. Durch ein ab Werk erhältliches härteres Fahrwerk für die 65PRO mit ihren 13,5kW (18,5 PS) wäre sie ein ideales Pitbike für Erwachsene oder zur Festigung der eigenen Bikeskills auf einer Kartbahn.
Wer schon eine MX-Version besitzt und mit der SM-Variante liebäugelt, kann auch einen Supermoto-Radsatz für die 50er/60er/65er nachbestellen. Natürlich muss man dann hinsichtlich des Fahrwerk-Setups einen gewissen Kompromiss eingehen, da die SM natürlich ein angepasstes Setup für den Supermoto-Einsatz besitzt.

The bavarian High-Voltage Racing company, HVR-Bikes for short, founded in 2017, is expanding its range of MX bikes with two Supermoto models. These are the HVR 50PRO and the HVR 65PRO, with which you can now also smoke the asphalt.
Not only extra wide light alloy rims are used, which in the case of the 50PRO carry 10 inch slicks from PMT from Italy and in the case of the 65PRO even 12 inch slicks, but also a specially tuned chassis setup.
Of course, all setting options including the app remain unrestricted, as with the MX models. It doesn’t matter whether it’s individually set maximum power, top speed, engine braking (energy recovery) or the response behavior.
This means that the HVR bikes are consistently interesting for both the ambitious thoroughbred racer and the pure beginner. In addition, they offer the longest driving time in this class on the market and changing the battery next to the track is done in no time at all, according to the manufacturer. The customer vehicles already used at the German Cross Country prove it.
Attention adults, because if you are looking for a silent pit bike, you might find it here. With a harder chassis available ex works for the 65PRO with its 13.5kW (18.5 hp), it would be an ideal pit bike for adults or for consolidating your own bike skills on a kart track.
Anyone who already owns an MX version and is flirting with the SM version can also order a Supermoto wheelset for the 50s/60s/65s. Of course, you then have to make a certain compromise with regard to the chassis setup, since the SM naturally has an adapted setup for supermoto use.
