Die Kultmarke FOX haut einen neuen Technologie-Träger im Helm-Segment auf den Markt, der nur so von technischen Highlights strotzt. Nicht umsonst sind Ken Roczen, Tim Gajser und Adam Cianciarulo so begeistert von dem neuen V3 RS Helm.
Dieser Helm ist der Erste überhaupt der mit dem Mips® Integra Split Protection System ausgestattet ist, das zudem mit zwei unterschiedliche EPS-Schichten interagiert und dadurch nicht nur die direkte Auftreffenergie, sondern auch die Rotationskräfte auf das Gehirn im Falle eines Sturzes massiv reduzieren.
Damit setzt der V3 RS neue Maßstäbe im Profisport. Mit seiner Kohlefaserschale ist er mit seinen 1270 Gramm nicht nur ein Leichtgewicht, sondern auch ein High-End-Produkt. Ein ausgeklügeltes Belüftungs- und Entlüftungssystem sorgt für einen kühlen Kopf unterstützt durch das feuchtigkeitsableitenden Ionic+-Innenfutter mit Stone Cold®-Material. Zudem befindet sich im Lieferumfang eine Ersatzvisier-Halterung, eine Visier-Verlängerungen, verschiedene Wangenpolster eine Tasche samt Ersatzvisier und Visierschaum für den Schlammeinsatz sowie eine Mundstück mit integrierter Aussparung für den Trinkschlauch.
Bei der Entwicklung des V3 RS hatten die drei oben genannten Profi-Fahrer natürlich einen nicht unerheblichen Anteil.
Die lange Liste an Funktionen ist darauf ausgelegt, den Kopf maximal zu schonen und zu schützen. Damit erfüllt man sowohl die DOT- als auch die neuen ECE22.06-Standards und verbessert das Benutzererlebnis durch nette Designdetails, die man bei Helmen mit niedrigerer Ausstattung (und niedrigerem Preis) einfach nicht findet.

The cult brand FOX is launching a new technology carrier in the helmet segment that is bursting with technical highlights. It’s not for nothing that Ken Roczen, Tim Gajser and Adam Cianciarulo are so excited about the new V3 RS helmet.
This helmet is the first ever to be equipped with the Mips® Integra Split Protection System, which also interacts with two different EPS layers and thereby massively reduces not only the direct impact energy, but also the rotational forces on the brain in the event of a fall.
