Eine neue alte Rallye-Veranstaltung im Style der Baja Deutschland übers Wochenende. Standortbestimmung: ZAGAN (Polen)
Die Baja Europe 2020 startet in die 2. Ausgabe vom 1. bis 3. Mai 2020 und wird im spektakulären Rallye-Gebiet rund um die polnische Stadt Zagan abgehalten. Dieses kennzeichnet sich durch tiefe Wälder, sandigen Boden, High-Speed Etappen und zusätzlicher Rallye Action auf gesperrtem Militärgebiet. Das bedeutet zwei sagenhafte Rallye-Tage für alle, egal ob Motorrad oder 4×4, ohne dafür extra Urlaub nehmen zu müssen.
Die Premiere der ersten Baja Europe fand bereits im Oktober 2019 statt und war trotz der kurzen Vorbereitungszeit ein voller Erfolg, so die Organisatoren. Teilnehmer, Partner, Motorsportvereine und Behörden begrüßten das hohe Organisationsniveau und das Potenzial der Veranstaltung als spannende Schnittstelle für internationale Offroad-Fahrer mitten im Herzen Europas.
Mehr als 60 Teilnehmer aus Polen und dem benachbarten Ländern kämpften um wertvolle Punkte bei den polnischen Meisterschaften (von Motorrädern über den Dacia Duster Cup bis zu den großen FIA-Fahrzeugen). Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Veranstaltern funktionierte gut, insbesondere bei einer Erstausgabe, die die Weichen für die Zukunft stellt. Infolgedessen wird es in 2020 eine zweite und größere Ausgabe geben.
In den Ferien vom 1. bis 3. Mai 2020 heißt es dann wieder für alle Rallye-Teams mit Motorrädern, Quads, SSVs, Autos und LKWs ein actiongeladene Baja in Polen mit viel Action und Spaß in Angriff zu nehmen.

- Die Rallye wird Teil der polnischen Meisterschaft und des polnischen Rallye-Pokals sein. Darüber hinaus sind die niederländischen, tschechischen und ungarischen Meisterschaften bereits an einer Integration in ihren Rennkalender interessiert

Let’s kick-start the RBI Rally Season with the 2nd edition of Baja Europe from 1st to 3rd of May in Zagan

The premiere of the first Baja Europe in October 2019 was a real success despite the short time for event preparation. Competitors, partners, motorsport clubs and authorities recognised the high level of organisation and the potential of the event as an exciting cross- point for international off-road racers in the heart of Europe.
More than 60 participants from Poland and neighbouring countries fought for valuable points in the Polish Championships (from bikes via the Dacia Duster Cup up to the big FIA vehicles). The cooperation between the organisers was working well, especially for a first edition – which set the course for the future. As a result, there will be a second and bigger edition in 2020.
Save the dates and prepare your machines for a competitive, various, fast and full of emotions Baja-weekend through the forests and military grounds in Zagan, Poland.
During the holidays from 1st to 3rd of May, RBI is again inviting rally teams with bikes, quads, SSVs, cars and trucks to have a great Baja in Poland with a lot of action and fun!
