Whether it’s a motocross, enduro or cross-country model from 2021 to 2024 (GasGas) and 2022 to 2024 (Husqvarna): owners of these vehicles are urged to visit the nearest authorized GasGas or Husqvarna dealer. The background is a quality problem with the Braktec brake cylinder on the rear wheel, which needs to be replaced.

What is the problem (manufacturer statement)?: Under certain driving conditions, excessive loads can occur on the rear brake caliper, which in rare cases can cause the component to break. In order to eliminate any possible risk to the driver, the rear brake caliper including the bracket must be replaced on all motorcycles affected. There are no costs for the owners.
Although the problem may not occur on every motorcycle, owners of the above models will be informed about it by personal letter and asked to contact an authorized GasGas dealer to arrange an appointment for replacement.
