Das Baja 1000 ist unglaublich hart, gnadenlos und hat eine steile Lernkurve – perfekt für Lisa und Lucy Block, um es zum ersten Mal überhaupt zu versuchen, oder? Can-Am Offroad bot ihnen letzten November die unglaubliche Gelegenheit, hier ein Maverick R zu fahren. Man nannten es Projekt 43: In Erinnerung an Ken Block (der Ehemann von Lucy und Vater von Lia), der Grund, warum man überhaupt darüber nachgedacht haben, dieses Projekt zu veranstalten. Es war, gelinde gesagt, ein Abenteuer. Deshalb wurde diese Minidokumentation über dieses Abenteuer erstellt. Genießt als Homage an den außergewöhnlichen KEN BLOCK, der letztes Jahr bei einem Snowmobil-Unfall tragisch ums Leben kam, dieses Video seiner Frau und Tochter.
The Baja 1000 is incredibly tough, unforgiving and has a steep learning curve – perfect for Lisa and Lucy Block to try it for the first time ever, right? Can-Am Offroad gave them the incredible opportunity to drive a Maverick R here last November. They called it Project 43: In memory of Ken Block (husband of Lucy and father of Lia), the reason they even thought about doing this project. It was an adventure to say the least. That’s why this mini-documentary about this adventure was created. As a tribute to the extraordinary KEN BLOCK, who tragically died in a snowmobile accident last year, enjoy this video of his wife and daughter.
