V8 Rock Bouncer-Monster – Herstellung Teil 1 / Build Part 1
In dieser Episode wird euch der fast schlüsselfertige Rock Bouncer gezeigt. Jake Burkey und das Team von Busted Knuckle Off Road starteten mit einem Jake Burkey Riot Buggy-Rennfahrwerk und rüsteten es mit robusten Dana 80-Achsen aus. Zum Einsatz kommt als Herzstück ein Whipple Supercharged LS-Motor mit milden 850 PS. Er wird von einem Turbo 400-Getriebe und einem SCS-Verteilergetriebe mit geradem Antrieb unterstützt, bevor es auf zwei einteilige Hochleistungsantriebswellen BKOR 1480 aufgeteilt wird. Radflo-Federaufnahmen und dreifache Bypass-Stoßdämpfer sorgen für die notwendigen Fahrwerksreserven und PSC steuert die vordere und hintere Lenkung dank unseres elektrischen Hecklenkungssatzes. Die RCV 47-Spline Achsen sorgen dafür, dass die 43 SX-Stickies auf den KMC-Beadlock-Rädern perfekt funktioniert. Zusammen mit einem maßgefertigten Aluminium-Interieur, einer abnehmbaren Winde und einer Tonne Rigid Industries-Leuchten wird dieses Gefährt zum ultimativen Rock Bouncer Monster. Jetzt geht’s zur Pulverbeschichtung und in Teil 2 dieses Aufbaus seht ihr dann das fast fertige Produkt!

In dieser Episode gehts um die finale Fertigstellung. Alle frisch pulverbeschichteten Teile und das Riot Rock Bouncer-Chassis werden kompeltteirt und dann geht es los zu den Rennen, um diesen ultimative Trail Bouncer-Aubau abzuschließen. Doch vorher geht es noch auf den Supercharged LS auf den Leistungsprüfstand, bevor alle Details genauer betrachtet werden, die diesen Buggy zu einem der schönsten überhaupt macht. Jake Burkey und das Team haben für diesem Riot Buggy alles gegeben. Der Gesamtpreis liegt bei ungefähr 150.000 US-Dollar, aber man hat auch einige preisgünstigere Modelle, mit denen die Kosten auf rund 85.000 US-Dollar gesenkt werden können.

V8 Rock Bouncer-Monster – Build Part 1
This episode shows you the almost turnkey rock bouncer. Jake Burkey and the team from Busted Knuckle Off Road started with a Jake Burkey Riot buggy racing chassis and equipped it with robust Dana 80 axles. At its heart is a Whipple Supercharged LS engine with a mild 850 hp. It is supported by a Turbo 400 gearbox and a straight-drive SCS transfer case before it is split into two one-piece, high-performance BKOR 1480 drive shafts. Radflo spring mounts and triple bypass shock absorbers provide the necessary chassis reserves and PSC controls the front and rear steering thanks to our electric rear steering kit. The RCV 47 spline axles ensure that the 43 SX stickies work perfectly on the KMC beadlock wheels. Together with a custom-made aluminum interior, a removable winch and a ton of Rigid Industries lights, this vehicle becomes the ultimate rock bouncer monster. Now it’s time to powder coat and in part 2 of this setup you can see the almost finished product!

This episode is about final completion. All freshly powder-coated parts and the Riot Rock Bouncer chassis are compiled and then the races start to complete this ultimate trail bouncer build. But first, the Supercharged LS goes to the dynamometer before examining all the details that make this buggy one of the most beautiful ever. Jake Burkey and the team gave their all for this riot buggy. The total price is around $ 150,000, but there are also some cheaper models that can lower the cost to around $ 85,000.
