Eine Bergung eines Allradfahrzeugs wird im Styx River State Forest zu einer kritischen Angelegenheit. Das Team kämpft auf einer der härtesten Allradstrecken im Norden von New South Wales mit einem Dieselleck. Mitten auf der Strecke läuft der Sprit aus, und es sind keine Ersatzteile zur Hand – das ist mehr als nur eine Buschreparatur.
Mitten auf einem steilen Anstieg über einen Feuerpfad in der Great Dividing Range reißt Simons Iveco Daily 4×4 einen Kraftstofffilter auf, wodurch Diesel über die Strecke leckt. Es handelt sich um ein ausgewachsenes Kraftstoffleck, und da die Sonne schnell untergeht, bleibt keine andere Wahl als eine ordentliche Buschreparatur. Bewaffnet mit nichts als einer Schraube aus Christians Nissan Navara NP300, etwas Epoxidharz und etwas Kreativität gelingt der Crew eine Musterreparatur am Wegesrand.
Die Szene ist rau, abgelegen und real – enge Pisten, überwucherte Feuerschneisen und die typische australische Kameradschaft, die sich einstellt, wenn Werkzeug und Zeit knapp werden.

Sitting an all -wheel drive vehicle in the Styx River State Forest becomes a critical matter. The team fights on one of the toughest all -wheel drive routes in the north of New South Wales with a diesel corner. The fuel runs out in the middle of the route and there are no spare parts at hand – this is more than just a bush repair.
In the middle of a steep climb over a fire path in the Great Dividing Range, Simons Iveco Daily 4×4 opens a fuel filter, which licks diesel across the route. It is a full -grown fuel leak, and since the sun goes down quickly, there is no choice other than a decent bush repair. Armed with nothing but a screw from Christian Nissan Navara NP300, some epoxy resin and some creativity, the crew succeeds in a sample repair on the side of the path.
The scene is rough, remote and real – tight slopes, overgrown fire lanes and the typical Australian camaraderie that arises when tools and time are scarce.
