Diese Yamaha YZM500 Zweitaktmaschine begann als 2008er YZ250 auf Facebook Marketplace Crash. Jarrett King brachte das Motorrad und begann mit Hilfe von Ian Bradley von House of Honda mit dem Bau, und sie bauten den neuen 500-ccm-Zweitaktmotor von BRC Racing in dieses Yamaha-Chassis ein. Da wir Glen Helen ganz für uns allein hatten, kam Kory Kinal, der Fahrer des Jekyll and Hyde Monster Trucks für 2xtreme Racing, zu einer Drag-Race-Ausstellung. Wir stellten einen Monster Truck und einen 500cc Zweitakter nebeneinander in der berühmtesten Motocross-Kurve, Glen Helens Talladega erster Kurve. This Yamaha YZM500 two-stroke started life as a 2008 YZ250 Facebook marketplace clunker. Jarrett King brought the bike and began the build with help from Ian Bradley of House of Honda, and they installed BRC Racing’s new 500cc two-stroke engine into this Yamaha chassis. Since we had Glen Helen all to ourselves, Kory Kinal, the driver of the Jekyll and Hyde Monster Truck for 2xtreme Racing, joined us for a drag race exhibition. We put a Monster Truck and a 500cc two-stroke side-by-side in the most famous turn in motocross, Glen Helen’s Talladega first turn.
