At the second Round of the 2026 New Zealand Sprint Series in Te Kuiti, a heavy morning dew turned the grassy hillsides into ice as the country’s fastest riders fought for control. Points leader Ryan Hayward was pushed to the limit by multi-time motocross champion James Scott making his sprint enduro debut – culminating in a last-lap showdown where Hayward charged without a seat to claw back the lead in one of the most insane rides you’ll ever see. While Sam Parker kept himself firmly in the fight with relentless consistency.
